What is ATP’s Warranty Period?

All products purchased from ATP have a warranty period of 1 year, excluding Digium interface cards and modules, and consumables such as cables.

Digium interface cards and modules sold after 1 June 2010 have a 5 year warranty. Digium interface cards and modules sold before 1 June 2010 have a 1 year warranty.


How do I return products that are faulty?

Only faulty products that are still under warranty can be returned. In order to do so, there is an RMA procedure in placed that needs to be followed.


What is ATP’s RMA procedure?

Before returning a product to ATP for RMA, please carefully read ATP’s policies on Shipping & Returns.

1. Check if the faulty product is still under warranty and if it was purchased directly from ATP. We only accept warranty returns that are purchased from us.

2. Complete the RMA Request form and submit the form to ATP.

3. An RMA number and further instructions will be sent to you via email.

* Please do not return the faulty product to ATP until instructions to do so are provided.
