Installation Support
We understand that installing a hardware can be a challenging and time consuming task for our customers. As the Asterisk experts, we provide free 1-hour phone support to assist our customers with installation of their newly purchased Digium hardware from ATP. This also includes building and loading the drivers and the Asterisk software. This installation support excludes configuration of PBX systems and building a dialplan.
Commercial Asterisk Support
ATP provides professional remote support for the entire Asterisk software suite to ensure our customers enjoy smooth running of their business operations and to minimise downtime. ATP Support is provided by a team of dCAP qualified engineers who are highly experienced and knowledgeable in Asterisk and the VoIP industry.
ATP Support extends from assistance with any aspect of development to full turn key solutions for PABX, ACD and IVR functions. ATP Support is available for purchase in 5 hour lots and provides priority access to ATP Support Centre.
