FreePBX Training
ATP offer two 1-day courses in FreePBX configuration each priced at $399 +GST.
The first course is an introductory course that will provide students with an understanding of how to set-up a simple configuration of their FreePBX deployment using the FreePBX Management Graphical User Interface “GUI”, including in-bound and outbound phone connections (one Phone Network and one Internet Phone Company), extensions (two in total in the training exercise) and voice mail.
The second course is an advanced course that will provide students with the understanding of the management of advanced call handling features using the FreePBX GUI, including interactive voice response “IVR” menus, call queues and call centre strategies.

Elastix
Elastix is an Open Source, Unified Communications Server software that brings together an Asterisk Business Phone System, email, IM, faxing and collaboration functionality. Elastix has Web interface and includes capabilities such as a Call Center software with predictive dialing.
The Elastix functionality is based on open source projects as Asterisk, HylaFax, OpenFire and Postfix. These packages offer the PBX, fax, instant messaging and email functions, respectively.
