ATP Shipping and Returns
Australian Technology Partnerships Pty Ltd ABN 36 208 521 953 (”ATP”) reserves the right to make changes to the following policies at any time without notice.
Shipping
1. Goods are usually shipped within two (2) working days from the date the order is received and is subject to stock availability. If stock is unavailable, you will be advised.
2. ATP ships goods to street addresses by courier and it reserves the right to elect the courier company at its sole discretion. Small packages of up to 5kg will be shipped by courier satchel overnight. Bulkier packages will be delivered by road, unless the Customer elects to meet all costs of “overnight” or “next flight” delivery.
3. Customers can elect to have goods delivered to Post Office boxes by Express Post satchels of up to 3kg (Parcel Post is not offered). Bulkier shipments by Express Post are available, subject to the Customer meeting all of ATP costs of time and materials involved in lodging deliveries at Australia Post. Shipping by Express Post is at the Customer’s risk as the service is untraceable. The Customer agrees that ATP’s records will comprise of all the necessary proof of lodgement with Australia Post.
Returns
1. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number from ATP. You can apply for an RMA number by completing the RMA Request Form.
2. Return claims must be made within 30 days from date of invoice.
3. To qualify for an RMA number, the invoice number must be provided and the goods must be in as new condition with all parts and packaging in place and undamaged.
4. When shipped, all returns must be clearly labelled with an RMA number on the outside of the carton.
5. All returns must be properly packed when returned. Anti-static bags and sufficient foam or similar cushioning filler must be used. ATP, at its sole discretion, can reject any returns that have sustained physical damage due to poor packaging or handling. Rejected returns will be returned to the Sender at the Sender’s expense.
6. ATP will firstly inspect all returns before any credits are made. If ATP, at its sole discretion, deem that goods which are damaged or have manufacturer’s parts or packaging missing or damaged, will return the goods to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.
7. Any returns that have been changed of altered in any way, including but not limited to firmware programming, will be returned to the Customer at the Customer’s expense. A charge of 25% of the invoiced amount will also apply to any return tested and found to be changed or altered in any way.
8. Once accepted, all returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the invoiced amount.
9. It is the customer’s responsibility to deliver returned products to ATP at its expense.
10. Any return goods not collected by the Customer after three (3) months of notification of collection will become the property of ATP and will be sold without prior reference to you.
Warranty Returns
1. All goods carry a minimum of one (1) year warranty excluding Digium interface cards and modules, and consumables such as cables.
2. Digium interface cards and modules sold after 1 June 2010 have a five (5) year hardware warranty. Digium interface cards and modules sold before 1 June 2010 have a one (1) year hardware warranty.
3. No warranty return will be accepted without an RMA number from ATP. You can apply for an RMA number by completing the RMA Request Form .
4. To qualify for an RMA number, an invoice number must be provided and the goods must be defective. A detailed fault description, which provides the reasons why the unit is defective must be provided.
5. When shipped, all warranty must be clearly labelled with an RMA number on the outside of the carton and the detailed fault description attached.
6. ATP will firstly diagnose all warranty returns before replacement goods are dispatched.
7. A charge of 25% of the invoiced amount will apply to any warranty returns that are tested and found not faulty based upon manufacturer’s specifications. In addition, all costs associated with returning the goods to the Customer will be borne by the Customer.
8. A charge of 25% of the invoiced amount will apply to any warranty returns that are tested and found deliberately damaged or altered in any way by the Customer. Deliberate damage or alterations will void all warranties and products will be returned to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.
9. All warranty returns must be properly packed when returning all parts and packaging in place and undamaged. Anti-static bags and sufficient foam or similar cushioning filler must be used. ATP, at its sole discretion, can reject any returns that have sustained physical damage due to poor packaging or handling as this voids all warranties. Rejected returns will be returned to the Sender at the Sender’s expense.
10. If ATP cannot provide a replacement for a faulty warranty return, then a credit note will be issued to the value equivalent to the current market value.
11. DOA (dead on arrival) claims must be made within 30 days from date of invoice.
12. It is the Customer’s responsibility to return defective products to ATP at its expense, including all products being classified as a DOA return. ATP is responsible for the return of replacement to the Customer.
13. ATP will honour the manufacturer’s warranty period beginning from ATP’s invoice date.
14. Any declined warranty claimed not collected by the Customer after three (3) months will become the property of ATP and will be sold without prior reference to you.
